Tampak Siring Palace

Tampaksiring name is taken from two words Balinese language, the Tampak (which means 'palm') and siring (which means 'skewed'). the name is derived from a foot former king named Mayadenawa. 


Tampaksiring is a small town that has the most impressive old monument in Bali, there is a big temple is important as well as a public bath. Tampaksiring is a haven for tourists from Ubud that want to traveling to Lake Batur. Tampaksiring been very popular, especially as the first president of Indonesia - Sukarno, established the National Palace located adjacent to Pura Tirta Empul.
